Terms

A portfolio, some rules about the work shown on it, and a plain statement that nothing here is for sale.

Last updated 17 October 2026

In short

This is a portfolio. Nothing is sold on it, no payment is taken and no account exists, so there is nothing to refund.

The work shown belongs to the clients it was made for. The design, the engine and the typeface belong to me.

Look at it, link to it, quote it with a credit. Do not pass it off as your own.

What this is

Mohammad Tabbara's portfolio at tabbara.moe. Eleven sites, one section each, on a background drawn by a pixel engine written for this page.

Using the site means accepting what is on this page. If you do not accept it, close the tab.

Nothing is sold here

There is no checkout, no price, no cart and no invoice on this site. No payment is taken through it and no account is created on it.

So there is nothing to refund. Where I work with a client, the fee, the schedule, the deposit and what happens if either side stops are set out in the agreement for that piece of work, before it starts. That document governs the money, and this page governs the website.

What belongs to whom

The eleven projects shown are client work. Each client's name, mark and material belong to that client and appear here as a record of work done, with their knowledge.

The layout of this page, its copy, the pixel engine behind it and the 5x7 typeface it is set in are mine. You may not lift them for another site.

You may link to any page here, take a screenshot for a review or an article, and quote the copy with a credit. You may not republish the page, sell it, or present it as a template of your own.

Using this site

There is very little here to misuse, but for completeness, please do not:

  • copy the design, the engine or the typeface into another site,
  • attack the site or the network serving it,
  • scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people,
  • use it to imply that I built or endorse something I did not.

The work shown is a record, not an offer

Screenshots and descriptions are of sites as they were when they were captured. A client can change or retire a site at any time, and several of these will.

Nothing here is a promise of a result, an availability, or a price for new work. If you want to talk about a project, go through one of the sites linked here.

What is not promised

The site is provided as it is. It is a personal page: it may be offline, it may change without notice, and the engine behind it is a piece of art rather than a product with a support contract.

To the extent the law allows I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Motion and the background

The background is animated. If your system asks for reduced motion, the page honours it, and the engine calms down rather than stopping the site working.

The page has no sound and never plays any.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Lebanese law, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top moves when they do.
